Our journey
Professional Relocation Services began operating under its current brand in 2017 out of a simple frustration: most packers and movers in Goa either quoted vaguely on the phone, added surprise charges on delivery day, or handed the actual job to unfamiliar sub-contractors. We set out to run a small, honest, Goa-based crew that treats every move — a single-room shift or a full villa — the same way we would treat our own family's belongings.
Since then we have completed 5,500+ household relocations within Goa and from Goa to destinations across India, and safely transported 6,500+ cars and bikes across the country — with a 98% customer satisfaction rate and 10+ years of core-team moving and transportation experience. How do I get a moving quote from Professional Relocation?
Call us, WhatsApp us or fill the quote form on this page. Availability and scheduling are confirmed after reviewing your move, and a written, itemised quotation is shared for approval.
Do you offer transit protection during the move?
Optional transit-cover information may be discussed during quotation, subject to applicable terms. Details are shared in writing before pickup so you can review them.
What packing materials do you use?
We use multi-layer bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, wooden crates for fragile items, stretch film for upholstery and double-walled cartons chosen to suit the consignment.
Do you handle dismantling and reassembly of furniture?
Basic dismantling and reassembly of items such as beds and wardrobes can be included where required. Whatever is agreed is listed on the written quotation before pickup.
How are payments handled?
Accepted payment methods and the payment schedule are confirmed in writing along with your itemised quotation, so there is nothing to settle on the spot without prior agreement.
Can you help if I need my goods held before delivery?
Tell us your dates at enquiry. If a gap between pickup and delivery is needed, we will confirm in writing whether it can be arranged for your move and on what terms.
How do I check availability for my preferred date?
Share your preferred date when you enquire and we will confirm availability for that slot. Month-end, festival and December dates fill up earlier than others.
