Cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling and any refund depend on the written quotation, the booking stage, resources already committed to your move and applicable terms. We aim to accommodate genuine schedule changes wherever possible.
Rescheduling
If your plans change, contact your move manager as early as possible so the schedule can be reworked without impacting the crew allocation. Rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it is processed to the original payment method and timelines depend on the payment gateway or bank. The refund amount is calculated per the written quotation and the stage of the booking at the time of cancellation.
Force majeure
For events beyond our control — weather, road closures, strikes or civil restrictions — we work with you to reschedule and share revised arrangements in writing.
